Description

Monolithic active pixel detectors are a promising technology for vertex and tracking detectors in potential future lepton colliders. In particular, the advanced 65nm CMOS imaging technology offers higher density and reduced power consumption compared to previous approaches. This report will cover the process of testing a monolithic silicon pixel detector under development, named H2M (Hybrid-to-Monolithic), that will potentially constitute trackers of future lepton colliders. Laboratory and test-beam measurements were carried out. Preliminary results of a thinned sample (30µm) of the H2M detector are presented in this report.
