Description
The summer student project report describes the development of a rate monitoring module for the algorithm board of a CMS Phase-2 Level-1 Global Trigger. The monitoring module was implemented in firmware, and a web server was implemented to allow remote monitoring. In addition, a UART firmware testbench was developed for individual algorithm testing.
