The Open Quantum Institute (OQI) is a multilateral governance initiative that champions global, equitable and inclusive access to quantum computing. Initiated by GESDA and supported by UBS, OQI has been hosted by CERN since 2024 for its three-year pilot phase.
This report presents the outcomes of the Open Quantum Institute's three-year pilot at CERN (2024–2026), evaluating its achievements against the objectives set at its inception.
