Python Interface for NA62 Analysis

The current NA62 analysis code not only requires users to know C++, but also to perform multi-step compilations that can take an hour per compile. In this project, we created a high-level python container for the analysis code. This new approach cuts compilation time to zero through the use of library imports instead of creating a new Analysis class. A future goal of this project is to allow the user to create analysis products by using PyROOT directly.
