Primary Vertex dZ Cut Firmware for CMS p2gt

Description
The goal of this project is to write and implement firmware that makes absolute difference cuts between the z-positions of an object and primary vertex for the CMS Phase-2 Global Trigger (P2GT). The CMS Level-1 Trigger (L1T) is being completely rebuilt with the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider upgrade. The P2GT is the final stage of the Phase-2 Level-1 Trigger. It is where cut based algorithms, like the absolute difference cut, are implemented on incoming data. This project is part of the CERN Summer Student Program 2023.
