Generated OPC UA PubSub Status Publisher for UNICOS CPC

Description
This report describes the development and validation of a generated OPC UA PubSub status publisher for UNICOS CPC at CERN. The work integrates change-based UADP/UDP status publication into the RP_CPC generator, which produces PLC data structures, communication code, and JSON metadata for packet decoding. Validation included TIA Portal compilation, Wireshark packet-capture analysis, PLC timing measurements, and stress testing benchmark with 5,000 generated status writers.
