Fast simulation of the ATLAS Forward Proton detector

Description
This article describes technical details of the Fast Cherenkov model of photons generation and transportation through the optical part of the Time of Flight Detector of the ATLAS Forward Proton detector (AFP). The results are compared to the ones obtained with Geant4, concerning the length of photon tracks and attenuation.
