Event and object selection for the measurement of vector boson scattering in WZ+2jets events with ATLAS Run-3 data

Vector Boson Scattering (VBS) is an important test of the Standard Model and the electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism. Our final goal is to measure the boson polarization in WZ+2jets events with ATLAS Run-3 data. First of all, there are needs to check the modeling of the current simulation and to optimize object selection in order to maximize the sensitivity of the analysis. I report the modeling of the current simulation and optimization studies.
