The CinéGlobe International Film Festival is proud to announce that it will be hosting the Swiss edition of the Global Screening of “One Day on Earth”, the first film to be shot and then screened in every country in the world.
Founded in 2008, “One Day on Earth's” first media creation event occurred on 10.10.10. The collaboration was the first ever simultaneous filming event occuring in every country of the world. It created a unique geo-tagged video archive as well as a unique feature film. “One Day on Earth” showcases the amazing diversity, conflict, tragedy, and triumph that occurs in one day on our planet.
This Earth Day, April 22nd, CinéGlobe and CERN invite the public to a free global screening event of the first One Day on Earth Motion Picture. This unique film, created from over 3000 hours of footage, was shot by the One Day on Earth community in every country of the world on October 10th, 2010. Together, they have created a picture of interconnected humanity never before possible.
“One Day on Earth” will be presented in English with French subtitles, Sunday 22 April, at 3 p.m.and 5.30 p.m., in the Globe of Science and Innovation.

Le Festival international de courts métrages CinéGlobe est fier d’accueillir l’édition suisse de la projection mondiale de « Une journée sur Terre », le premier film à être tourné et ensuite visionné dans tous les pays du monde.
Fondée en 2008, la première création associée à l’événement « Une journée sur Terre » a eu lieu le 10.10.10. Il s’agissait d’une immense collaboration permettant un tournage simultané dans tous les pays du monde. Cela a conduit à la création d’une archive vidéo géolocalisée, ainsi qu’à la production d’un long-métrage unique. « Une journée sur Terre » présente l’incroyable diversité, les conflits, les tragédies et les succès qui se produisent en une journée sur notre planète.
Ce 22 avril, Jour de la Terre, CinéGlobe et le CERN invitent le public à la projection mondiale gratuite du film « Une journée sur Terre ». Ce film unique a été créé à partir de plus de 3000 heures d’images, et filmé par la communauté des cinéastes dans tous les pays du monde le 10 octobre 2010. Ensemble, ils ont créé la première image d’une humanité interconnectée !
« Une journée sur Terre » sera présenté en version anglaise avec sous-titres français le dimanche 22 avril à 15h et 17h30, au Globe de la science et de l’innovation.
