Cross section limits on doublet model T-type vector-like quarks

Observed and expected 95% CL upper limits on the production cross section of a single T-type vector-like quark (VLQ) in association with tq quarks, versus its mass obtained by different analyses. Two theory predictions corresponding to different VLQ widths of the doublet model are superimposed.
