Description
This report outlines the work done during the summer of 2019 to implement and commission Phase-I upgrades to the ATLAS Liquid Argon Calorimeter system. Included is an improved way to configure receiver monitoring boards at USA15, as well as the procedure and results of performing power measurements of the new ALTI Trigger, Timing, and Control boards.
