Description

Abstract. The FCC-ee Z run, with a total of 6 1012 Z produced, provides an extraordinary opportunity
to test the existence of more particle or phenomena via precision electroweak measurements. This note
gives an estimate of realistic precisions that could be achieved on the experimental side, and clarifies the
assumptions. One assumption that is essential is the absence of any flavour changing neutral currents
(FCNC), since double tags are routinely used throughout. Here, only the experimental precisions that
are likely to be achieved are discussed, setting the target for the accuracy with which the theoretical
calculations must be performed. Achieving these precisions in real data is conditional to a number of
detector and accelerator requirements being fulfilled.
