Description
The CERN IT Department provides integrated services for video conferencing and professional chat to support collaboration within the CERN community. The primary solutions are Zoom for video meetings and conferences, and Mattermost for chat-based communication, with Microsoft Teams offered in limited cases where the default tools are not suitable.
