CIO Office Governance Framework

With the role and mandate of the CERN Chief Information Officer defined, an Office of the CIO has been defined which provides the people and processes to support the execution of the CIO’s mandate. In keeping with the approach for a federated CIO model, the office would be small and coordinating the transversal computing related activities while responsibilities for the operation service delivery remains within the departments and experiments.
