Validation of New GEANT4 Electromagnetic Processes

In this report, a study on new electromagnetic physics models from GEANT4 (GEometry ANd Tracking) toolkit is presented. This includes validation of models of positron annihilation with atomic electrons into 2 or 3 photons, and a new unit test for lepton pair production by muons models (electron pair and muon pair). GEANT4 validation tests were extended for this study. As a result, we confirm the models' accuracy and propose to use them in Monte Carlo simulation for HEP experiments.
