Modification of the New Vacuum Thank Cage

The vacuum tank cage of the CMS detector works in a similar manner as scaffolding and as such is used in the vacuum tank when performing operations such as cleaning, repairs and what have you. This project report gives a summary of the design process from the modification of the newly fabricated cage.
