Arrangements for the end of the year closure:
Hostels on the CERN site
During the closure of CERN for Christmas and the New Year, the hostels will be closed from mid-day on Friday, December 22, 2006 until Monday, January 8, 2007 at 7h30.
All accounts must be settled and room keys returned to the Reception before 10 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 2006.
Hostel in St. Genis-Pouilly
The wing reserved for CERN will be closed from mid-day on Friday, December 22, 2006 until Monday, January 8, 2007 at 8h00.
Anyone with no alternative but to stay in the hostel during this period can be accommodated in another part of the building, subject to the number of rooms available. The people concerned must make the appropriate reservations in person at the Reception of the St. Genis Hostel, as far in advance as possible and in any case no later than Friday, December 15, 2006.
The total length of stay during the two weeks in question must be paid for in advance, no later than Friday, December 15, 2006.
All reservations remaining unpaid after this date will be cancelled.

Dispositions pour la fermeture de fin d'année:
Foyers sur le site du CERN
Pendant la fermeture du CERN pour Noël et le Nouvel An, les foyers seront fermés à partir de midi le vendredi 22 décembre 2006 jusqu'au lundi 8 janvier 2007 à 7 h 30.
Toutes les factures devront être réglées et les clés des chambres retournées à la Réception avant 10 heures le vendredi 22 décembre 2006.
Foyer à St. Genis-Pouilly
L'aile réservée au CERN sera fermée du vendredi 22 décembre 2006 à midi jusqu'au lundi 8 janvier 2007 à 8 heures.
Toute personne se trouvant dans l'obligation de rester sur place pendant cette période pourra être hébergée dans une autre partie du foyer dans la limite des places disponibles. Il appartient aux personnes concernées de se présenter en personne à la réception du foyer de St.-Genis pour réserver aussi longtemps à l'avance que possible et en tout cas pas plus tard que le vendredi 15 décembre 2006.
La totalité du séjour pendant les deux semaines en question doit être réglée à l'avance au plus tard le vendredi 15 décembre 2006.
Toutes les réservations non soldées à cette date seront annulées.
