Untersuchung von Top-Quark-Paaren mit dileptonischer Zerfallssignatur am CMS-Experiment
Description
This diploma thesis is dealing with top quark pairs decaying dileptonically. A selection corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 10 pb-1 at 10 TeV is developed and tested on MC-events. This selection is then used and tested with 7 TeV MC and first data of the CMS detector. Data-driven methods to estimate various backgrounds are described and investigated.
