Internal Mobility at CERN - Perceptions and Reality

Description
The objective of this study on internal mobility at CERN was to get perceptions and reality into perspective, through a historical review of past and current practices in the matter and to identify leads of action through an analysis of barriers and leverages, based, among others, on the 2011-2012 Staff Survey. The survey had indeed shown that internal mobility is perceived as a non-fluid process and rather lukewarm opinions on the process efficiency while staff members' expectations regarding their possibilities to change functions or units are high.
