Description
This report provides an overview of my work concerning the performance of the Silicon Tracker detector system at ATLAS Forward Protons (AFP), designed to identify protons that remain intact after the collision. A brief description of the AFP detector is presented followed by an explanation of the methods used to estimate the efficiencies of cluster and track reconstruction. Furthermore, the results from the 2023 data are presented.
