Implementation of calorimeter data processing module on TELL40 board using intel oneAPI SYCL

The objective of this project is to reimplement the calorimeter data processing module using Intel oneAPI, specifically focusing on the High-Level Synthesis (HLS) IP flow. In the current LHCb setup, this module is implemented using Hardware Description Language (HDL). By reimplementing it with oneAPI, the project aims to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of Intel oneAPI in comparison to the custom HDL implementation.The implementation is based on the LHCb upgrade technical note, along with the FE data format note and insight into the internals of the HDL implementation.
